Jane N’ The Jungle goes for an intense hard rock flourish with the urgency of “Ain’t No Other Way”. Beyond the obvious hard rock, they incorporate pieces of glam, pop, and alternative rock in crafting a sound distinctly their own. Her voice contains multitudes for it screams to attention. Nods to Riot Grrrl also appear, with moments have a true about of fire about it. The sheer wall of sound feels purely physical, one that has an intensity to it. Guitars and rhythms add to the chaos with the whole of the piece swirling about in a wild way.
From the first moment they waste no time in hitting the listener completely. Done with dignity it all has a beautiful quality about it. Everything here stuns, and her verses cut to the very bone. The full extent of the sound becomes readily apparent. Layer upon layer gets filtered into the fray for there is a density to it. Distortion stuns and it has a heaviness of it that feels fantastic. Quite easy to get lost within the many patterns the song has an ornate quality to it. With a buildup of the sound the song has an animalistic fury about all of it. Her voice features so much depth behind it, as it seemingly rises up into the sky. An absolute blast of sound, it is a veering animalistic fervor to the thing, ritualistic in many ways.
